For over 8 years, I’ve been teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to hundreds of students on the south coast of the UK and online. More recently, I’ve graduated in Pilates and have begun to weave it into my repertoire of teaching. My style is rooted in traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yin Yoga - using the breath, meditation, and a strong physical practice to cultivate more space within the body and stillness in the mind.

I currently teach at Sunday mornings 9am Pilates and 10am Slow Vinyasa Flow at Maya and Moon in Christchurch, Dorset.
